“ My kids love coming to Colosseo pizzeria. I live in farmingville and have to drive all the way to Port Jeff because this is the only pizza they like. Thank you for your delicious pizza. ”
“ Now this is what I've been hearing about "new york style pizza" (from Florida here) Though the pie was a little under when we got it home, a few minutes in the oven got it to perfect consistency. We ordered the white pizza and added peperoni to it. Mozzerella had a perfect bite to it giving great mouth feel. The saltiness and creamy-ness of the peperoni and ricotta paired together wonderfully, and the crust and dough was beyond perfection. If I lived here this would be my go to pizza stop ”

“ I am a pizza snob, I happened to be in Port Jefferson and wanted to give this establishment a try. I just had a regular and a Grandma slice since I was on the run, and found them above average for my taste. The grandma sauce was better than great, the mozzarella on the regular slice wasn’t oily, and it held its shape when lifted. The place is clean, comfortable, and staff friendly, what else do you want from a pizzeria. I can’t speak for their menu items but would suggest this pizzeria to others. Next time I am in PJ I will give other items a try. ”

“ Used to live around here about 20 yrs ago. Went down memory lane and was so excited when I saw Colosseo was still around. It was an Absolute Must to have lunch while still visiting, and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere is the same, which was always great. Our waitress was so sweet and patient, while the whole table asked different questions about the menu. And I am so happy to report that the pizza and garlic knots are as good and delicious as I remember. Hopefully, it won't be another 20 yrs until I can have them again. But if they're still around in 20 years, I'm sure it'll still be delicious. ”
